    Care instructions

    Please Handwash Handmade Ceramics.

    Please Do Not Put Ceramics In Microwave

    Pieces such as baking dishes or pie plates may be put in a cool oven and heated to temperature then when finished baking, taken out below 250°F. This gradual change in temperature helps prevent shock to handmade ceramics.

    Not for use in the freezer.

    Pet art can be wiped with a damp cloth.

    All custom jewelry dishes with satin bows and/or vinyl personalization must only be wiped with a dry cloth. No dishwasher, no microwave, no oven and not for use with food.

    Sizing details

    Our pottery is photographed up close to show details. Please double check and carefully read the description for exact measurements. No refunds are given for not reading size information.

    Refunds and shipping information issues on all items in our shop

    If items break from our shop during shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal. Any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of package arriving. Signature on delivery must be requested at time of purchase in your message to seller

    Wrapping and gifts

    Each piece comes nicely wrapped in colorful tissue paper. If something is a gift, please let me know what you would like written on an enclosed card.

    Shipping Estimates , Custom Duties and International Shipping

    Please be aware that when the item arrives in your country, very often there are custom duties, VAT, export fees and post office handling charges that are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Receipts are enclosed in all overseas packages.

    North America: 3 business days

    Europe: 2-4 weeks

    Australia, New Zealand: 2-4 weeks

    Asia: 2-4 weeks

    We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but do not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

    Custom and personalized orders

    Custom orders can take between 4-8 weeks. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, alterations, sales or coupons in our shop.

    Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

    Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

    What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

    If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

    If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

    The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
